Bought this dvd in Mangga Dua, Jakarta last two weeks. A great, intelligent and non bias islamic movie that should be seen by all muslims in the world. There are so many things that we can learn from this movie although we may not agree with some of the ideas layed here (It's undeniable that many of us are still afraid of our own religion because the way it's potrayed in the media- and we tend to believe it due to our immmaturity knowledge of the religion) Oh Malaysia...when are we going to have movies like this in our cinematic scene?

I got to connect with my very old friend through the FACEBOOK today and it's confirmed! She's in China now, working maybe...I'm still waiting more of her comments. I knew her since I was in the kindergarten. We were in the same class until her family moved to KL when we were in Std 3. She was one of my best buddies. Then Juliana left to AS and Azlina who stayed through the years until we were in Std 5, also left Marian Convent for good. I was left without any close friends after that. Life was very dull and unexciting. But since that, I learnt the meaning of independence. And the funny thing is (too), due to my independency, I began to have many secret admirers... (just imagine that, baru std 4...). Norzita, I'm glad I got to know you back! We've got a lot to catch up after this...So, it's not a bad idea to join the Facebook community after all!


p/s: Tweet, if you're reading this blog, I would also like to tell you how happy I am to be able to get connected with you again. You are still the same, friendly and always curious to know about the 'ordinary' people's life like mine. I remember how unhappy I was when I was asked to change my seating in class because I liked to tell 'stories' to you. Nah...no heart feelings. Nak buat macammana? But I sat back at my old seating the next day because u had already 'reserved' the place for me. And the teacher dared say anything to us. Hehehe...Those were the days. Tak boleh cite lebih2, nanti ditimpa daulat...(jangan marah...)

I may not like Talentime (movie) but it touches my heart and soul everytime I heard this song, remembering how Hafiz (Shafie Naswip) wept silently to the death of his beloved mother (Azean Irdawaty). Yes, It's a very sad and heart wrenching scene. And I also thought of my youngest sister who's been attending to my bed ridden mother for weeks, from home to Ipoh Specialist and now, Selayang Hospital. She's all there for her...Where was I?

And my father who's on wheel chair, travelled by bus , on his own, using his crooked cane to Selayang Hospital without the knowledge of any of his children. He only brought a nearly torn paper bag with him which contained a kain pelikat for solat and pair of shirt and trousers. Yup! Truly sad...I was not there for him neither.

There were also other sad occasions and events that surrounded me lately which are impossible for me to clarify here. The pains may be disappeared later but the cuts, the wounds will be there permanently. I hope i will still have the courage to smile and move on for the sake of everyone I love. Aameen.....
