Oh dear...

Syafiqah came to see me today. And what a surprise! About a BOY....Ehemm! And the BOY happened to be my student too. She called me around 2 o'clock to seek some comfort.
Dear Syafiqah, there is no need to be worried..Just ignore him.

Bayang Kulit

I just came back from Kepala Batas, Penang last Thursday. I took my Bayang kulit boys to the Dewan Millinium, Kepala Batas for their first show outside KMK. After all the "hustle bustle" caused by the BOSS, i finally managed to take my boys to go to KMPP early.Unfortunately, we had no choice but to start practising only after the night event at the hall. So, we started our first practice without the main character at 11.30. Then, we went to the food stall and had supper. But, what a supper! It's like they did'nt have any dinner for along time...And i arrived at the hotel in SP nearly 2 am.

The next day we're supposed to have a rehearsal at 10 am but the committee said it's only about placing. Before that Ina and I had to go to SP bus station to fetch Madi, the boxer. It's a real long story...But whatever they called it (rehearsal), its chaotic and a bit unorganized and i got a bit pissed off with Amar. He's not being helpful at all. But, of course, with God's help, we managed to overcome the problem breezely..

Oh yes, my boys, they were very simple, way too simple if compared with other groups. Everyone else were wearing uniformed clothes/t.shirt but my boys... wore colourful t.shirts. some of them even had toilet slippers on their feet! But that is not a problem to me. As long as they behaved well and cause no problem, it's ok with me.

The time we've been waiting for had come..
The Consert

Bukhari kept on going in and out from the toilet. He felt like having a fever, he said. The other boys looked relax, but some of them were not.
The boys were really something and I'm really proud of them! They were awesome! They've put up a real good show and got the loudest applaud from the audience. I was really proud of them. Despite a few minor flaws, they've put the best performance and audience were laughing all the way through, from the beginning until the end.

I can see the sign of relief after the show but I know they were happy I promise to myself that after this I will do more for them like providing them with t.shirts etc..etc..

See you again boys, in the next show!
Till we meet again.

Your madam.

Happy Holidays guys...

I met sharafi, lutfi and Nuhairi in jitra last Friday. I wonder what they were doing. They have finished their exam and their are supposed to go home. I was also teased by a'naughty" little girl named Anis who is going to continue being my student next semester.
On my way to the car, I received an sms,
"Madam, lets play bowling"
I wonder who send me this but actually I have the 3 boys in my mind.
" Who's this?"
"Sharafi. Forgot to write my name"
" I'm in a hurry. Should have told me earlier. Maybe next time. Happy Holidays"
" Ok. Happy Holidays to u 2"

And off I drove, back to my nest.

Happy Holidays guys. C u next two weeks

Oh, not fogetting my former PDT students, hope u do well in ur MUET. Forgot to wish them, especially Razif (funny, he's not my student but he often sms me like I was his teacher). I only remember Mukmin coz he always see me for consultation although I'm not teaching him anymore. He's a good boy, polite and very obedient (coz he never rejected my help. Just ask and he'll always say, ok madam)

And the WINNER is.....

B2E1! And I'm happy for them. Others who helped me although their classes did not manage to go to the final...tq so much. Lutfi, Alif, Nuhairi,Erina, syahmi, sharifuddin, sharafi, taufik and gang...you are all memorable to me. Tomorrow I'm going to put up your pictures here.

Syafiqah was really into character that she got the best actress award. Thay said that she's like Azean Irdawaty. But I think, the 'fruit sellers' did a good job too as the audience remembered them more than the other characters.

Okeylah guys! You were all awesome!

Gnite and I know everyone of you are now having your really sweet dream. CONGRATULATIONS B2E1 and tq 4 letting me keep your trophy!!!

I'd Wait For life

I kinda like this song..Soothing and very sentimental. This song is dedicated to anyone who has just lost his/her love ones without a trace...

There's a place we used to be
There's a face that I used to see
There's a picture with you by my side
There's a moment that I want to find.

I don't know where to start
Or how to begin
But I know I love you still.

If you ever turn away
If you ever change your mind
If the road ahead becomes too hard to climb
If there's something in your heart that tells you to stop
Oh to hold you close tonight
I'd wait for life.

There's a voice shouting inside my head
There's a space on your side of the bed
There's a hope everytime there's a sound
There's a silence that's playing too loud

I don't know how you are
Or how you may be
But I know I love you still.

If I close my eyes
I'll dream a little deeper baby
'Cause you are always on my mind
Yeah you are always on my mind
For life.

-Take That-

Semi Final...

Above are some of the pictures belong to the classes that had competed last night. We finished quite late last night. 11 something. My friends and i also selected Saifuddin from C1E3 for the best actor and Shafiqah from b2e1 as the best actress.

Drama-Semi final

Just came back from the Dewan Serbaguna...Everyone had put up a good performance but there were still some problems with their language. I don't have the heart to announce the winner actually as it may let down other students' heart (those who didn't win).

Overall, the girls acted better than the boys. Class B2E1... the girls were really outstanding including those who had only small roles like the fruit sellers.

Tomorrow,I'm going to put up their pictures outside my cubicle's wall.Hope they'll like it and be happy with the whole thing.

Love u all.
G'nite....

p/s
There's a place....
There's face I use to know
There's a picture u by my side
There's a moment we used share..
I don't know where u are
Or how u may be

To be continued...

PDT Drama...

Sharafi came to see me yesterday.

" Madam, saya rasa kelas saya macam tak menang je."
" Why? "
" Budak-budak dalam kelas saya tu ada grup-grup. Yang pompuan-pompuan tu malu-malu.""
" It won't last long, believe me."
" Other classes are good."
" Your class is good as well"
" Okeylah madam. I want to go and find MR KJ"em>"
" What for?"
" I want to ask him if he could take me out to buy things for our props. Can you take me out?"
" Sorry, I can't. I have to fetch my children from school."
" Ok madam. TQ"

Hmm

Rain, rain
Go away
Come again
Another day....
( And I got wet)

I'd like to think of something beautiful during these rainy days...like remembering those happy days that I had with my former students last year and the previous years. And I'm sure that my present students will do the same thing too this year. Right, Lutfi?

MERDEKA!

Yup! It's another 31st August...but in a different year. And today is my sweet Najihah's birthday. The 13th.Took her home from SMAK, along with her brother and her sister in Jenan. Bought her a special cheese cake from Sayang. Lucky for her to get all these special treatment.Maybe becoz she was borned on the 31st August? Hmmm...

I remember when I carried her in my womb, I got so sick for almost all the nine months. I nearly terminated the pregnancy at the very early stage (2 weeks after missing my period) but with guidance and light given by Allah, I changed my mind when the doctor gave me the options. I decided to go on with the pregnancy although I already had 3 other small children aged between 2-6. I didn't eat much. Infact, meal time was not something to look forward to. However, I began to develop this special interest towards soya products, especially soya bean drinks sold at pasar malam. And, after nine months, on this day 13 years ago, I delivered a very sweet and fair skinned baby (but the nose..penyek sikit)with eyes like stars. We named her Najihah because our Permaisuri Agung at that time was Queen Najihah (N. Sembilan). And we kind of like the name. Simple. Of course my husband consulted on of the Ustazs in UUM before we registered her name. And Najihah was a very easy child to take care of as baby...She seldomly cried and slept easily through the night. Only now... teenagers..what do you expect?Yeah..she did give me some headaches sometimes.

Besides giving birth to Najihah, I have one other very memorable event to remember, forever... I was at at the Dataran Merdeka on the 31st August 1980 with my school band members (STF). I was in form 2. We stayed in UM for about 3 days. I still rememeber the atmosphere, the air, the feelings...it wuz overwhelming... and I really felt patriotic being with the soldiers, policemen and other participants on the field. Ironically, I don't feel it now... Why huh?

* My ringtone-Tanggal 31 sung by Sudirman will be changed starting tomorrow. What I've done, maybe?

Masyitah

As I was cooking dinner, my Masyitah said...

"Bu, Syitah suka makan yang ibu masak. Kalau ibu beli, syitah makan tak habih. Tak sedap!"

almost weekend...

It's almost weekend.. I got only 2 classes today but the workload is quite unbearable. My KU is on leave, sending her eldest son to Cairo. God bless her and her family...Sejuk perut ibu mengandung. So...I had to take over some of her duties..Not many but still I had to run here and there, signing forms etc..etc..

My students...they should be busy practising their drama for the semi final. I could see that they were quite excited with this project. Can't wait to see them performing on stage next week. And the Pengarah was 'kind' enough to give a nod to our 'paper work' which means there will be a final round for this competition wholly sponsored by the pengarah. God bless you, PUAN!

And the wayang kulit boys were willing to perform during the finals. Amni also came to see me. I gave him the songs and the lyrics + the guitar tab for the song that he's going to sing later. I hope it's going to be a night to be remembered for all PDT students and lecturers (plus anyone who will be there to watch).

What else...oh yes, my friend Ms Tina will be leaving for IPDA and today is her last day at KMK. I' know will miss her for sure (who's not?). She gave me a piece of Kek Sayang (Forgot what flavour but it's chocolaty) and ikan terubuk masin that she bought from Kuching. I think only a few of us 'yang dapat'.

One last thing...my adik. Hope you live and eat well.....

What a day....

I've just finished my fourth class just now. It's quiet tiring but I was happy and quite thrilled to meet my students again after the long break. I got to see Taufik again, who was one of the KMK heroes in KAKUM 2007, the ever mischievious Saifuddin, Syafiqah who is so excited with her drama project etc...etc..I hope we will all enjoy doing the drama and I can't wait to watch you all in the drama competition next week .
